When we approach an individual we always make sure to carefully review your online profile, to get a sense of what kind of career and potential interests you may have. If we feel that there may be a chance that you would find the work we do interesting, we reach out with details so that you can have a chance to learn as much about us as we are able to share. What is your hiring process?
The first step would be to arrange a casual meeting either in person or online with the person responsible for the role, or the hiring manager. It is important for us to make sure that working together would not only be mutually beneficial but also take the time for you to get to know the team and how we work. If things work out we would then extend an offer to you. The process may take a few weeks.
